THE COLLABORATION

ALT Stazione del Gusto is a project created through the collaboration between the Niko Romito Academy and Enilive. An innovative culinary philosophy that blends delicious, high-quality food with the concept of dining on the go. A concept that emerged from the shared values of both organisations, which regard innovation as a key asset and are committed to putting people at the centre. Excellent cuisine, created to be accessible to everyone. Just like the opportunity to become part of this project.

Enilive is one of the main players in Italy’s mobile dining sector. Service stations today are transforming into places that offer a range of services designed to simplify people’s lives and make stops at charging/service stations a pleasant and flavourful experience with high-quality food options. To achieve this, Enilive has embraced the ALT Stazione del Gusto project, which was initiated in 2018 from an idea by Niko Romito, an internationally renowned multi-starred Italian chef.

Strengthened by Enilive’s support and one of the world’s top chefs, this business model allows us to offer our customers only high-quality products.

OPEN YOUR ALT STORE

Every journey is made of many different steps. As you embark on opening your ALT store, you’ll receive comprehensive support from the Niko Romito Academy and the Enilive team at every stage.

LOCATION SCOUTING

Taking your preferences into account, the Enilive team will identify a prime location for your store, through geo-marketing analysis and studies specifically tailored to the local area.

ALL-INCLUSIVE STORES

Enilive will also handle all the design activities, permits, renovations and furnishings.

TRAINING

The Niko Romito Academy team will develop a high-level training program tailored for you, providing constant support as you create your work method.

SELECTION PROCESS

ALT embodies a unique dining concept, an idea that stands apart. That’s why we provide equal opportunities to all by organising preliminary meetings before launching a new location.

MEETING

The Niko Romito Academy staff and the Enilive team will meet with you for an initial assessment of your technical, managerial and motivational skills.

EVALUATION

If the outcome is positive, we’ll share the project details with you for a review of the economic aspects of our partnership. This phase also includes an overview of the training steps.

PROGRAM

If there’s mutual interest, we’ll outline the training program, a timeline of activities and proceed with the contract signing.

BECOME A FRANCHISEE
