BREAKFAST
The classic Italian breakfast is enriched with products like our ‘Bomba’: a sphere of leavened and fried dough, available plain or filled with cream, chocolate, pistachio, or apricot, and it’s also vegetarian. You can pair your favourite products with a traditional coffee or cappuccino, or choose a Bio fruit nectar from Niko Romito’s Lab and much more.
LUNCH
Transform your lunch break into an extraordinary dining experience with our extensive selection. Our carefully curated menu, featuring only the finest ingredients, blends tradition with innovation in every product, like our classic meatballs with tomato sauce, served with sourdough made from organic flours.
APERITIVO
At ALT, every moment is an invitation to share. For your aperitivo, indulge in your favourites or discover our curated Menu: a classic Spritz, a craft beer or a drink of your choice paired with our sourdough Focaccia, served with freshly fried potato chips and a selection of irresistible bites.
DINNER
Even a traditional dinner can become innovative, like with our Fried Chicken: first cooked in a steam oven at 68°C, then marinated, and finally fried. This preparation makes the chicken crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. You can pair this and other dishes with one of our beers or a glass of fine wine.
