ALT Stazione del Gusto is a project created through the collaboration between the Niko Romito Academy and Enilive. An innovative culinary philosophy that blends delicious, high-quality food with the concept of dining on the go. A concept that emerged from the shared values of both organisations, which regard innovation as a key asset and are committed to putting people at the centre. Enilive is one of the main players in Italy’s mobile dining sector. Service stations today are transforming into places that offer a range of services designed to simplify people’s lives and make stops at charging/service stations a pleasant and flavourful experience with high-quality food options. To achieve this, Enilive has embraced the ALT Stazione del Gusto project, which was initiated in 2018 from an idea by Niko Romito, an internationally renowned multi-starred Italian chef.
